As a Title Producer at Netflix, you will serve as the single point of accountability for the end-to-end localization process across assigned titles in film and animation. This role is essential for ensuring world-class dubbing and subtitling as Netflix continues its global expansion.
Role: Title Producer, Content Localization
The Title Producer team orchestrates the seamless delivery of dubbing, subtitling, main/episodic titles, accessibility (SDH/Audio Description), and marketing assets. You will partner closely with Content, Post, and Marketing teams to optimize workflows and ensure localized content reflects Netflix’s creative vision and regional authenticity.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Ownership: Manage the operational localization lifecycle from kickoff through global launch.
- Asset Oversight: Oversee dubbing, subtitles, SDH, audio description, metadata, and forced narratives.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Main strategic contact between Content, Post, and external localization partners.
- Workflow Innovation: Champion new automation and technology to streamline localization for emerging media types.
Requirements
- 5+ years of project management experience in high-demand entertainment environments.
- Deep understanding of dubbing and subtitling workflows from development to delivery.
- Highly analytical and data-driven; able to optimize complex operational processes.
- Excellent communication skills to align creative, operational, and technical teams.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a strong plus).
Compensation Range
The annual salary range for this role is $193,000.00 - $329,000.00. Netflix’s unique compensation structure allows you to choose the balance between salary and stock options.
