At Shirtum, we're seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a filmmaker, primarily in the roles of a screenwriter and director. If you have a burning passion for football and a knack for storytelling, this might just be the perfect opportunity for you.

Your main responsibilities will revolve around creating and directing NFT content, focusing primarily on short documentaries featuring sports icons such as Ronaldinho. We're all about capturing the essence of the game and its players in a visually compelling manner.

• Proven Directing Skills: We're all about action, so we need to see your directing chops in action! Please ensure you can provide a directing showreel showcasing your previous work behind the camera. Show us what you've got!
• Screenwriting Savvy: While directing is key, having experience as a screenwriter is a definite plus. We're looking for individuals who can craft captivating narratives that resonate with our audience.
• Versatility in Experience: Have you dabbled in advertising or documentary filmmaking? That's fantastic! We value versatility, so any experience in these areas will be highly regarded.
• Production and Editing Expertise: From conceptualization to the final cut, we want someone who's well-versed in the entire filmmaking process. Experience in producing and editing, along with proficiency in editing suites like Adobe, will earn you some serious brownie points.
• Language Skills: Advanced proficiency in both English and Spanish is a must. Clear communication is key, especially when working on international projects.
• Location Flexibility: While we embrace semi-remote work arrangements, being based anywhere should be accompanied by the willingness to travel to our headquarters in Barcelona as needed. After all, face-to-face collaboration can work wonders!

In return, we offer a competitive salary ranging from 25,000 to 30,000 euros, depending on experience and qualifications. We're based in sunny Spain, specifically in the vibrant city of Barcelona.
