This role involves contributing to a collaborative team that caters to the diverse digital production needs of both local and international clients.

Requirements:

  • Are you ready to unleash your potential? To thrive in this role, you should bring:1/2 Years of Digital Production Experience: Worked as a Digital Production Assistant in an agency or production house.
  • Organizational Prowess: Excellent organization and prioritization skills.
  • Hands-On Mindset: A can-do attitude with the ability to work independently.
  • Creative Instincts: A flair for creative judgment and the ability to be a valuable team player.
  • Post-Production Savvy: Good understanding of post-production processes, including audio, editing, VFX, and animation.
  • Communication Mastery: Strong communication skills to foster effective collaboration.
  • Thriving Under Pressure: Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Educational Background: A degree or studies in Cinema, Audiovisual Communication, or a related field.
  • Driving License: Required for added versatility.

Responsibilities:

  • Your role as a Digital Production Assistant will involve:Project Coordination: Assisting in coordinating and producing various digital projects from client brief reception to project delivery.
  • Talent and Technical Support: Supporting the search for talent and technical staff, locating materials and locations, and aiding in managing suppliers.
  • Shooting Planning: Assisting with the planning of the shooting process.
  • Casting and Talent Search: Organizing castings and scouting for artistic talent.
  • Project Calendar Management: Efficiently managing project calendars.
  • Supplier Research and Negotiation: Researching potential external suppliers, negotiating prices, and timelines.
  • Quality Supervision: Overseeing the final quality of different formats and adaptations.
  • Material Handling and Supervision: Managing shot material within the agency for future client requests.
  • Post-Production Oversight: Supervising post-production audiovisual processes like audio, editing, VFX, and animation.
  • Budget Management: Handling budgets, optimizing costs, and assisting with financial closure of productions.
  • On-Set Assistance: Providing general production assistance while on set.

Language Proficiency:

  • Spanish (Mandatory)
  • English (Highly Recommended)
  • Additional Languages (A Plus)
