At Domestika, we're on the lookout for a skilled individual to join our team as a Gaffer based in Madrid. As a Gaffer, your main responsibility will be to ensure the smooth logistics and maintenance of lighting materials on set for our courses, promotional trailers, and other audiovisual projects. You'll work closely with producers, directors, assistants, and our Photography Department, contributing to the overall success of our creative endeavors.

So, what exactly does a Gaffer do at Domestika? Let's break it down:

• You'll participate in pre-production meetings to ensure the aesthetics of each project are perfectly aligned with the director's vision.
• You'll define the technical approach to photography and grip, ensuring the highest quality of visuals.
• Securing and managing all lighting equipment, both on-site and during transportation, will be a crucial part of your role.
• You'll collaborate with the production team to carry out lighting tasks on set, ensuring everything looks flawless on camera.
• Keeping our storage spaces organized and inventory up to date will be essential for smooth operations.
• And when necessary, you'll even manage large or small teams to ensure everything runs like clockwork.
