The Role & Core Responsibilities

As a strategic leader, you will lead end-to-end campaigns from consumer insights to post-launch optimization.

  • 360° Campaign Leadership: Execute full-scale marketing for Preschool, Kids, Tweens, and Family co-viewing titles.
  • Franchise Building: Partner with Consumer Products to turn stories into enduring brands beyond the screen.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the primary lead for content, publicity, product, and editorial teams.
  • Creative Briefing: Write inspiring briefs that translate complex strategies into actionable creative direction.
  • Brand Safety: Serve as a steward of trust, ensuring compliance with COPPA and global child-directed advertising standards.

Professional Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience building strategic consumer marketing campaigns at a global brand, streaming platform, or top-tier agency.
  • Deep expertise in Kids & Family or animated entertainment (TV, film, or gaming).
  • Platform-Led Mindset: Mastery of the YouTube ecosystem, social trends (Gen Alpha/Gen Z), and algorithmic discovery.
  • Native understanding of digital advertising, including VOD, mobile, and paid social.

This position operates within the highest standards of the audiovisual industry, aligned with best practices from organizations such as the PGA (Producers Guild of America) and global marketing associations.

Salary Note: The compensation range for this role in Los Angeles is $210,000.00 - $339,000.00 USD per year, based on skills and experience.
