Netflix is seeking a seasoned Director of Business Development to lead and strengthen partnerships across South LATAM, based in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
This strategic role involves managing high-value relationships with ISPs, mobile operators, and Pay TV providers to accelerate Netflix’s global growth in the Southern Cone.
Role Overview & Responsibilities
- Lead and grow partnerships: Identify new opportunities with ISPs and mobile carriers in Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, and Peru.
- Full Lifecycle Management: Analyze, negotiate, and structure complex commercial deals from start to finish.
- Strategic Strategy: Align cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Legal) to prioritize growth-driven efforts.
- Scalable Initiatives: Drive partner-led experiences such as bundles and integrated billing solutions.
- Regional Representation: Act as the lead relationship owner for senior partners and external stakeholders in South LATAM.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a professional who thrives in the Netflix culture of "Context over Control" and possesses:
- 10+ years of experience in business development, telecommunications, or digital platforms.
- Proven track record of leading end-to-end partnership development and negotiations.
- Deep understanding of the South LATAM ecosystem and consumer behavior.
- Exceptional communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Ability to travel across the region and the US as required.
