Production manager - Art coordinator

We are looking for a full time production manager with demonstrable experience managing professional looking audiovisual animations in 2D. 

We are not looking for 2D animators or concept designers with no experience managing 2D projects.

Your role will cover:

• Review of scripts
• Production planning
• Budget allocation
• Negotiatoin
• Interaction with internal and external employees
• Quality check, feedback
• Minor corrections in animation / designs

Optional:

• 2D Concept creation
• Postproduction and composition

Required: (please do not apply if you don´t have relevant experience)

• Excel / Spreadsheets
• Photoshop

Relevant:

• Vectorial image software like Illustrator
• Adobe animate or Character Animator
• 3D pipeline: Maya, Z Brush, others
• After effects
• Premiere Pro

Job details:

• Work will be initially 100% remote, although you might need to join in-person meetings in our office in Madrid from time to time
• (Optional) Move to Canary Islands in 6 to 12 months
• Workflows and operational management is 100% based on online cloud services
• Immediate incorporation

We are looking for someone highly motivated, autonomous, proactive, organized and with attention to detail. Able to deliver high quality output in a resourceless / time constrained / fast moving environment.

It is important to demonstrate past experience in similar roles.
