And when it comes to managing subcontractors and resources, you'll be the master orchestrator, coordinating everything from ticket purchases to hotel reservations with finesse.

When it comes to project management, you'll be our secret weapon, overseeing every aspect of production to ensure smooth sailing from start to finish. From setting deadlines to liaising with clients, you'll be the glue that holds it all together.

Of course, no project is complete without proper financial management, and that's where you'll truly shine. Keeping a watchful eye on budgets and invoices, you'll ensure that everything stays on track financially.

But wait, there's more! You'll also be responsible for keeping the office running like a well-oiled machine, tackling various administrative tasks with ease.

Now, let's talk skills. We're looking for someone with a minimum of three years of experience in a similar role, preferably within production companies or advertising agencies. Fluency in English and Spanish is a must, as a large percentage of our clients are international. And if you're proficient in programs like InDesign, Excel, and Photoshop, that's a definite plus!
