What You'll Do:

• Design captivating layouts for fashion e-commerce marketing initiatives, including newsletter layouts, CMS look-books, and online campaign deliverables.
• Develop innovative design solutions that align with client style guidelines and uphold the essence of their brand identity.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment by meeting tight deadlines and adapting to changing priorities with ease.
• Stay abreast of graphic, UX, and UI trends and incorporate them into your daily work.
• Lead and oversee production teams while fostering a collaborative team environment.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in spoken and written English (German language skills are a plus!).
• A robust portfolio showcasing your relevant experience and creative talent.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a creative agency or in-house role.
