Here's a glimpse into what a typical day as a Digital Studio Animator at R/GA looks like:

• Composite and render using After Effects: You'll harness the power of After Effects to bring static designs to life, creating seamless animations that captivate audiences.
• Utilize animation, production, live action footage, editing, and sound design: Your toolkit will include a combination of animation techniques, live-action footage, and sound design to deliver projects that leave a lasting impression.
• Oversee the scope and production of motion projects: You'll take charge of projects from start to finish, collaborating with design teams, project leaders, and fellow animators to ensure seamless execution.
• Create and revise design of still frames and storyboards: From initial concept to final delivery, you'll be involved in every stage of the design process, refining visuals to perfection.
• Design visual boards for animation: Your creative vision will shine as you develop visual boards that serve as blueprints for the final animation.
• Address all necessary feedback: You'll be a master of iteration, eagerly incorporating feedback to refine your work and exceed client expectations.

To thrive in this role, the ideal candidate should:

• Be proficient with the latest versions of Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects: Your expertise in these tools will be the foundation of your success as a Digital Studio Animator.
• Understand file compression, viewing specifications, and delivery of all media formats: Attention to detail is key as you ensure that your creations are optimized for various platforms and formats.
• Be comfortable multitasking multiple projects at once: With the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, you'll thrive in our fast-paced environment.
